Customers can return, cancel or modify products at any time. Please read further for more information on cancellations and return.
 

I. CANCELLATION

  • Please note that we cannot cancel your order once it has been dispatched.

II. MODIFCIATION OF ORDERS

  • You can modify your order at any time after placement and processing of order, but before dispatch.

III. RETURNS

  • You can return any of the purchased product if you are not completely satisfied with it after delivery.
  • In case the product has been paid for, we will refund it within 72 hours, or credit the amount paid to your account; which can be redeemed on subsequent purchases.

This policy applies only on personal care items. 
 

1. What are the Terms and Conditions for return? 

  •  Products with their original packaging are accepted for return.
  • Only the unused, unbroken, unfaultable products with their original price tags will be accepted.
  • Make sure that the receipt must be available while returning a product.
 

2. Is there any item not eligible for return/replacement?

 Items which can be resold and reused are always welcomed for return. 
We don’t accept returns for the following items:
  • No returns were accepted for products which were sold as combos/sets, individual items, Seal unlocked branded items. 
  • In case if you're not happy with your purchase those products which are not in sellable condition are not accepted for return.
 

 3. When can I return the product received from freedomcart?

The right to returns for unopened or defective products.
The products are subjected to return only if:
  • You received a faulty/defective product
  • You received a physically damaged product
  • You are completely unhappy with the quality of the product
  • The product which varies from description mentioned on the website.
 

4. Is there Full money return on return items?

 Only the shipping charges can be deducted from the return items.
